Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.RANJITHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6867 of 2022 on 29.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 20/05/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
