.. Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter Tamilarasi, aged about 17 years, before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's minor daughter aged about 16 years had gone missing from 31.03.2024, a complaint was registered in Crime No.197 of 2024 dated 01.04.2024 under the caption 'girl missing' before the second respondent. Since, the girl could not be secured within a reasonable time, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Pending the Habeas Corpus Petition, the second respondent herein have traced and secured the petitioner's daughter and produced her before us. When we interacted with the minor girl, she expressed that she intends to reconcile and live under the care and protection of her father. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, and hence no further orders are required to be passed.
