This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3502 of 2024 on 23.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
