By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that it is a reputed organisation in the Water and waste water management and it has associated with the second respondent and organized several Exhibitions at National

and International levels for the said purpose. It is further stated that recently, the petitioner company scheduled to conduct 'WATER TODAY EXPO' in Chennai Trade Centre on 27.02.2014, 28.02.2014 and on 01.03.2014 and for that purpose, booked stall Nos.1, 2 and 3 much prior to the said dates. The confirmation of the allotment of said stalls has not been intimated to the petitioner. The petitioner would further state that it has received a E-mail dated 21.02.2015 stating that the petitioner has to take minimum 1000 sq.m. in Hall No.2 and it has to utilize 1452 Sq.m. in Hall No.3 and the petitioner will be charged for the same. The petitioner has replied on 21.02.2015.

The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the officials of the respondents are trying to allot the stalls in question to some other company for conducting Home Interior Expo2015, on the said dates. It is also stated that the petitioner approached one Mr.M.K.N.Kumar, one of the officials of the respondents, who is in-charge of the allotment of stalls, and requested him to facilitate the smooth movement of exhibition as per his promise.

In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 30.04.2015, followed by a reminder dated 08.05.2015, to the second respondent and since the petitioner has not been favoured with any response, it came forward to file this writ petition.

Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Nagaraju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.Though the petitioner prays for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2015, after putting on notice the third respondent and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent.
