PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to letter dated 27.08.2018 in Na.Ka.No.264/Ka.2/A/2018 passed by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to grant a permission to conduct the function as schedule on 30.08.2018 or any other alternative date subject to the feasibility. For Petitioner : No appearance.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion on 06.12.2021, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 08.12.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (i.e. 08.12.2021), no one appeared for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting the case.
