This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.530 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No.530 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
