This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.05.2015.

2. Today, when the matter came up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent against whom departmental disciplinary proceeding sought for is no more, hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
