This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the order dated 21.03.2012 passed in I.A.No.253 of 2012 in O.S.No.91 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif of Omalur.

The learned counsel for the respondents has circulated a copy of the judgment of District Munsif Court, Omalur in I.A.No.253 of 2012 in O.S.No.91 of 2012.

2. This Civil Revision Petition arises from an interim order passed in I.A.No.253 of 2012 in O.S.No.91 of 2012 which itself has been dismissed for default. In view of the same, the present Civil Revision Petition filed by the plaintiff has become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
