ORDER

The learned counsel who had entered appearance on behalf of the first defendant had indicated that consent of the change of Vakalath had been taken by the defendant as early as on 10.02.2025.

2.Hence, the Registry was directed to verify if any other learned counsel had filed Vakalath on behalf of the first defendant and if not print the name of the first defendant. The Registry after verifying the Register have indicated by report dated 26.03.2025, and 16.07.2025, that the first defendant had not entered any appearance by way of change of Vakalath.
