ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested and remanded into judicial custody by the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 8(C) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B), 22(c), 25 and 29(1) of the NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.1212/2021, seeks bail.

2.The petitioner herein was arrested on 03.01.2022 in connection with recovery of 1.5 kgs ganja and 1125 of Nitrovet tablets weighing about 876 grams. When earlier bail petition moved by this Court, this Court considering the facts and law, dismissed the petition on the ground that the bail condition imposed under Section 37 is not satisfied. Subsequently, this bail petition has been filed alleging change in circumstances.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.Side) opposed this petition that on completion of investigation, final report was filed and the matter was taken up on file by the Special Court for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Chennai and the matter is posted for further proceedings to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

13.06.2022. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also submits that the petitioner is a history sheeter involving for more than 8 previous cases against him.

4.Taking note of the fact that the petitioner involved in trafficking of prohibited drug of huge quantity, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
