O R D E R

This revision is preferred against the order of learned Judge, Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District, passed in F.C.M.C.No.101 of 2014 on 24.11.2015.

2. Petitioner and first respondent are husband and wife. Second respondent is their minor son. Respondents moved F.C.M.C.No.101 of 2014 on the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District, seeking maintenance in a sum of Rs.10,000/- p.m. Court below, under the impugned order, directed the petitioner to pay sums of Rs.2,400 and Rs.1,200/- to respondents respectively towards monthly maintenance. There against, the present revision has been filed.

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

4. In directing payment of maintenance, the Court below has taken a reasoned approach and against the demand of respondents of a larger sum, granted maintenance only in a minimal and nominal amount taking into consideration the duty of petitioner to maintain the respondents/his wife and

son as also considering the present rise in prices and educational expenses of the children. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of Court below.
