2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry has been done on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and subsequently it was closed on 05.08.2020 itself.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
