This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC/NDPS Act, Chennai, where the final report has now been filed, monthly twice i.e., first and 15th working day at 10.30. a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6206 of 2024 dated 14.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet is filed.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet is also filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before all the trial Court hearings regularly without fail.
