Prayer: This Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify the conditions imposed in Para No.6 (b) & (c) of the order dated 08.05.2020 [(b) the petitioners shall not enter the village range for a period of one month from today (c) the petitioners should stay at Hosur and report before Hosur Town police station daily at 10.30 a.m. And 5.30 p.m. Daily for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 until further orders ]passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.11668 of 2020.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11668 of 2020 that the petitioners shall not enter the village range for a period of one month from today and the petitioners should stay at Hosur and report before Hosur Town police station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are farmers and they are unable to stay at Hosur and submit that they have some relatives at Denkanikottai and they will be able to sign before the Denkanikottai police station. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11668 of 2020 is modified. However, the petitioners are directed to stay at Denkanikottai and report before Denkanikottai police station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
