ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.05.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC, in Crime No.365 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had waylaid the defacto complainant's father and robbed a sum of Rs.5000/- and his two cell phone. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner along with other accused persons had waylaid the defacto complainant's father and robbed a sum of Rs.5000/- and his two cell phone. He further submits that there are two previous cases pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
