This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 03.07.2015 given by the petitioner, investigate and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on a complaint dated 03.07.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.263 of 2015 with the respondent Police, and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
