ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 05.08.2014 passed in RCA.No.2 of 2013 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority, Subordinate Judge, Mannarkudi, and to restore the fair and decreetal order made in RCOP.No.5 of 2008 dated 05.01.2011 on the file of the Rent Controller/District Munsif, Mannarkudi.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the respondent has vacated the premises and nothing survives in the petition for adjudication. Hence, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
