..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the orders of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1074/2014 ELPA-2 dated 17.12.2014 and Na.Ka.No. 1074/2014 ELPA-2 dated 2.1.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant Building sanction in respect of the construction made in the 1st and 2nd floor of the Building bearing Door No.48/1012 Nethaji Road, comprised in T.S. No.33 Block No.11, Ward E, Erode Municipal Corporation, Erode District.
