O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to further investigate the Crime No.14 of 2013 and seize the original documents.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that, the investigation in Crime No.14 of 2013 has been completed and final report has already been filed.
4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that, the police have failed to recover the original document concerned in this case.
5. In the considered opinion of this Court, this Court cannot order further investigation in a case of this nature and direct the police to recover the document from the accused. It is also always open to the Trial Court to pass appropriate orders during the trial, if it finds that certain documents are essential for the just decision of the case.
