2. Mr.D.Gopinathan undertakes to file vakalat for the 1st respondent and he has no objection to the petition being allowed.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 32 days in filing the above Second Appeal is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.D.Gopinathan for the 1st respondent at the time of admission.
