This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6672 of 2024 on 26.03.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m., apart from the court hearing dates for a period of four months.
