The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 2.1.2013 given to the second respondent wherein it is stated that Document Nos.1253/2004, 1254/2004 and 1255/2004 dated 26.05.2004 and Document No.2365 of 2005 dated 27.04.2005, are the forged documents, which were registered by the second respondent by cheating them.
2. Mr.Udaya Suriyan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though he has given a representation on 02.01.2013 to the second respondent, the same has not been considered.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2.1.2013 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
