..Respondent(s) Prayer:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, pleased to modify the condition in Para No. 5(i) to Learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur instead of Learned Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Tiruppur imposed in the Suspension of Sentence order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 3879 of 2026 in Crl.RC.No. 506 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the satisfaction Court in para No.5 (i) to learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur, instead of learned Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Tiruppur, vide order made in Crl.M.P.No. 3879 of 2026 in Crl.RC.No.506 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 3879 of 2026 in Crl.RC.No.506 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026 in para No.5 (i) is modified as "the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur, instead of learned Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Tiruppur.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 15-04-2026 ep Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition and the order and issue corrected order copy to the parties. To 1.The Inspector of Police, Rural (Nallur) Police Station, Tiruppur.
