Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent withs regard to his notice No.U22(A).C.No.931/2011 dated 21.09.2011 contemplating locking and sealing action of the petitioner's building put up at Old No.121, New No.96, Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai 600017 and consequential action of locking and sealing on 31.10.2011 by quashing the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the lock and seal put up at the aforesaid property forthwith.
