Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first to third respondents to demolish and to clear the temple in the name and style of Sakthimari Temple situated at 8th Cross Street, Trustpuram, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600 024, put up by the fourth to seventh respondents since the said temple is situated in the middle of the road whereby it is causing lot of inconvenience to public at large and for free flow of traffic.
