The petitioners who are the plaintiffs in a suit for injunction in 1/3

O.S.No.46 of 2016, have filed this revision against the order of the learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalaipet in C.M.A.No:5 of 2017 allowing the said appeal and vacating the interim injunction granted by the trial court.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner is no more and the second petitioner has not responded to his letters and hence he is forced to report no instructions.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioners have not responded to the counsel's letters and that they are not showing interest in prosecuting the case, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.08.2020 ds Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No.
