Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarifoied Mandamus, calling for the concerned records from respondents 1 and 2, quash the order of the first respondent bearing Proc.No.AE15/802/2020 dated 23.07.2020 and the order of the second respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.2/4589/2018 dated 25.07.2020 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents to retain the petitioner with the third respondent Modern Rice Mill till his retirement on 31.05.2022 and pass such further orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed challenging the transfer order passed by the respondents Corporation.

2. In view of the interim order passed by this Court at the time of admission on 25.08.2020, the petitioner had continued the same post and also superannuated on 31.05.2022.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
