This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri for speedy disposal of MC.No.9 of 2023 and specific time frame may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioners had filed a case as against the respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri in MC.No.9 of 2023. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioners filed this present petition.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri, is directed to complete the Trial in MC.No.9 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
