(CRIME NO.49/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on 1st Working day of every month at 10.30am until further orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.941/2022 in Crl.OP.19439/2021 and the same were ordered on 02.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.PAULGNANAMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.941 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19439 of 2021 on 02.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
