ORDER

The petitioner is the father of the minor by name K.Vishwa Warma. The child is said to have been born on 23.12.2007 in the third respondent-Government Primary Health Centre, Kattur. Seeking issuance of a birth certificate, the petitioner has made representation to the second respondent. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 25.06.2013 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
