This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.327 of 2023 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC as against the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.327 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police, final report was already filed by way of e-filing on 27.08.2024. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
