The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the first respondent passed an orders exonerating the writ petitioner from the allegations.

2.This being the factum, all further actions are to be initiated for settling the pensionary and other terminal benefits. If the writ petitioner is otherwise eligible and if there is no further proceedings are pending.
