These petitions are filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents have no serious objection for ordering these petitions.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
