ORDER

Learned counsel on either side accept that the proceeding has been compromised before the Mediation Centre at Chennai on 03.09.2024.

2. As per the compromise agreement, the husband has agreed to withdraw FCHMOP.No.32 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court at Dharmapuri. The wife has also agreed to withdraw HMOP.No.5377 of 2022 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court Chennai. That being the situation, since the parties are agreed to withdraw the proceedings, no orders need to be passed in this transfer petition. Accordingly, this transfer petition is dismissed as settled out of court. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
