O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10125 of 2020 on 08.07.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.10125 of 2020 on 08.07.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10125 of 2020 on 08.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
