2 THE ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, WEST ZONE, COIMBATORE, SUO MOTU IMPLEADED AS 2ND RESPONDENT VIDE ORDER DATED 18/01/2021 Vs M.RADHAKRISHNAN [ RESPONDENT / PETITIONER ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by another 3 months to file final report as per the order of this Hon'ble High Court dated 18/01/2021 made in the above Crl.O.P.No.506 of 2021 and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KAVITHA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Even though this petition was filed seeking for extension of time to file the final report, by the time it was taken up for hearing, the investigation was completed and a closure report was filed before the Special Court dealing with the SC/ST Act, Coimbatore. RCS notice was also served on the complainant. Thereafter, a protest petition was filed by the defacto complainant and it was taken on file in CMP No.4325 of 2021. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner was heard and the matter is posted for passing orders on 25.11.2021.
