ORDER

Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings and pass final order on the above said disciplinary proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6700/RD.2/2010 dated 06.04.2011 within a reasonable time. 2.Taking into account the narrow prayer made to conclude the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6700/RD.2/2010 dated 06.04.2011 within a stipulated period, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders thereon, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
