A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.J., This Court on 25.08.2020 had granted bail to the petitioner and one of the condition imposed was "directing the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- to the Child Welfare Officer, Government Home, Tiruvarur". It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no such officer and he would submit that that the petitioner is prepared to make the payment to the District Child Protection Officer, District Child Protection Unit, Tiruvarur District, under whose care the children are now lodged.

In view of the same, the order is modified to the effect that the amount of Rs.10,000/- be paid to the District Child Protection Officer, District Child Protection Unit, Tiruvarur District and the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy today (31.08.2020).
