PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notices issued by the respondent herein dated 26.5.2015 in his proceedings in Roc.No.6451/A/2015 and quash the same.

For Petitioner : Mr.R.Nalliappan Order of the Court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN,J The petitioner, who was appointed on temporary basis as Office Assistant and whose services were terminated, has come up with the above writ petition.

2. Heard Mr.R.Nalliappan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner was appointed by an order dated 29.1.2015, on temporary basis. After he completed nearly four months of service, his services were terminated by the order dated 26.5.2015. Challenging the said order, he is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. No legal valid ground to interfere with the order of termination is raised. The appointment was under Rule 10(a)(i) of the General Rules for Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services. Such an appointment is liable to be terminated at any time. It is also not the case of a temporary servant continuing for a long period creating some kind of vested right or legitimate expectation in him. Hence, we see no ground to interfere with the impugned order.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, the above MPs are also dismissed. No costs.
