Petitioner Orginal petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased prays that this Hon'ble Court to effect the letters of administration to the property and credits of the deceased Mrs.Kuppammal to have effect throughout the State of Tamil Nadu may be granted to the petitioner. This Original petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners seeks issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of the deceased A.Kuppammal, who died intestate in respect of the properties is the subject matter of the original petition. The said A.Kuppammal died on 04.12.2005.

2. The petitioner is the brother's son of the deceased Kuppammal. The petitioner has examined himself as P.W.1, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has produced the death certificate of A.Kuppammal as Ex.P1 and the death certificate of A.Deenadayalan, son of the

testator as Ex.P2. It is seen from the Ex.P2, A.Deenadayalan died on 01.04.2015.

3. The said Kuppammal has executed a Will on 28.02.1997 bequeathing the properties herself in favour of the petitioner. Probate has been granted for the said Will by this Court and the same has been marked as Ex.P5. Reading of the Will shows that the testator Kuppammal had no other issues apart from Deenadayalan. The said Deenadayalan had died, therefore, the petitioner being the only legal heir of the deceased Kuppammal has come forward with this application for grant of letters of administration.

4. Considering the evidence on record, the petitioner is entitled to letters of administration in respect of the properties mentioned in the schedule to the petition. In view of the above, the original petition is allowed granting letters of administration in favour of the petitioner.

Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/-.
