ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the case in the respondent police station, Cr.No.352 of 2015 and file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petitioner has engaged another counsel by name V.Samuthira Vijayan and filed a petition in Crl.OP.No.5022 of 2016 for the same relief, in which, this Court passed an order dated 07.03.2016 directing the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of six months. The period of six months is not yet over, despite which, this petition has been filed without disclosing the factum of the earlier petition.
