Crl.M.P.No.6112 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4641 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.6112 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4641 of 2023 K.KUMARESH BABU , J This Court, by order dated 23.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4641 of 2023, had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, in the said order, the year of the Crime Number was inadvertently mentioned as 2022 instead of 2023. The correct crime number is Cr.No.63 of 2023. Even in the subsequent order dated 27.04.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.6111 and 6112 of 2023, the year of the crime number was inadvertently mentioned as 2022 instead of 2023.

2. Hence, Registry is directed to correct the year of the crime number as 2023 by deleting the year 2022, wherever it occurs in the said two orders dated 23.03.2023 and 27.04.2023 and issue fresh orders forthwith.

3. In view of the above error that had occurred in the year of the crime number, the petitioner is unable to comply with the said two orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, time is extended till 31.05.2023 for the petitioner to comply with the said two orders, dated 23.03.2023 and 27.04.2023.
