By consent the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims that his mother executed a settlement deed dated 18.5.2003, registered on the file of the SubRegistrar, Sathyamangalam, in respect of the property in Re.Survey Nos.36/1, 36/2, 36/3, ad-measuring to an extent of 5.80 acres. The petitioner would state that based on the settlement deed, he is in possession and enjoyment of the same and came to know that respondents 2 and 3, by practising fraud, managed to change the patta in their names without his knowledge and in this regard he has submitted a representation dated 4.5.2015 to the first respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

2. Heard the submissions of Mr.N.Chinnaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.
3. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 4.5.2015 in accordance with law, after putting on notice respondents 2 and 3 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
