ORDER

Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.05.2015 against the order of punishment imposed in PR No.6/2010 dated 12.03.2010 in accordance with law.

2.During the hearing of the writ petition, learned senior counsel for the petitioner has prayed for disposal of his mercy petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 18.05.2015 against the order of punishment dated 12.03.2010 within a period stipulated by this Court.

3.In view of the narrow prayer made, the respondent is directed to dispose of the mercy petition dated 18.05.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
