This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 04.09.2015, filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 04.09.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 26.11.2015. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. 16.09.2016 ds To:
