This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Charge sheet in Crime No.544 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.554 of 2019 has been completed and the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for Trial in C.C.No.18 of 2024 on the file of the Court of Munsif-cum Judicial Magistrate, Vikravandi, and the case stands posted on 27.12.2024 for appearance.

3. In view of the above, the petition stands dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the Criminal Complaint, if they, so desire.
