ORDER
Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 407 of Code of Criminal Procedure to transfer M.C.No.1/2011 on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy, Namakkal District to the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Karur (Karur District).
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the respondent/wife having left the matrimonial home on her own accord had made false allegation of petitioner being a drunkard and of having harassed her for dowry. Respondent, who is not entitled to maintenance has merely to harass the petitioner, preferred one action at Karur and another at Paramathy, Namakkal district. Both parties are residing at Karur and petitioner faces difficulty in travelling from Karur to Paramathy, Namakkal district for every hearing.
3. The case transfer of which is sought is of the year 2011. This petition is of the year 2012. Acceptance of the contention of learned counsel for petitioner could well result in hardship being caused to the respondent/wife. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
