2. On an earlier occasion, this Court, by an order dated 21.03.2018 issued a direction in Paragraph Nos.6(a), (b), (c) and (d). However, the said four directions were not complied with, as a last chance, on 22.06.2022, this Court, directed the 1st respondent to comply with the order dated 21.03.2018 and directed to list the matter on 30.06.2022.
3. Today, viz., 30.06.2022, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had filed a status report stating that as against the said order, the State has preferred a Writ Appeal No.2491 of 2018 and obtained an order of Interim stay, which runs as follows: "In the meantime, Paragraph No.6(a) and (d) of the impugned order shall remain stayed. The appellants are directed to implement the directions issued in paragraph no.6(b) and (c) of the order dated 21.03.2018."
4. From the above it is clear that paragraph nos.6(a) and (d) of the impugned order was stayed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Further, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for 1/3
the respondents would submit that due to the outbreak of Covid pandemic, paragraph Nos.6(b) and (c) were not complied with and thereby sought time for implementing the said paragraphs of the order.

Acceding to the request of the learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondents and taking note of the fact that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court had stayed the Paragraph Nos.6(a) and (d) of the impugned order dated 20.06.2018 and directed to comply with paragraph nos.6(b) and (c) of the impugned order, this Court hereby directs the respondents to comply with the order in Paragraph nos.6(b) and (c) of the order within a period of two weeks. Post on 14.07.2022 for reporting compliance.
