ORDER
This petition is filed praying for a direction to file a final report in FIR No.10 of 2015 pending on the file of respondent at the earliest point of time probably within a period of one month.
2.A complaint was lodged by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 417 of IPC against this petitioner. Pursuant to the said complaint, the petitioner who was working as Assistant Inspector of Labour, II Circle, Thiruppur is now under suspension. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the investigation, complete the same and file final report as early as possible.
