Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records from the 2nd respondent in connection with order No.47/BCDFGISSSV/2025 dated 19.03.2025 and quash the same and produce the petitioner's husband namely, Perumal, S/o.Narayanan, aged 43 years, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 before this Court and set him at liberty.
